One of the most technologically advanced and progressive pump models in the “ELIT-OIL” LLC range is the AMG model. The production of this type of pump requires complex and precise casting of casing parts, as well as high-quality machining using the most advanced equipment.
AMG pumps (type BB3 according to API 610 / ISO 13709) are among the most widely used in the oil and gas industry for the extraction of oil, gas and gas condensate on land and offshore. AMG type pumps are used for flooding oil-bearing formations, pumping crude oil, pipeline transportation of oil, petroleum products and liquefied hydrocarbon gas, pumping supercritical ethylene and carbon dioxide, steam generation units, amine regeneration at gas and oil refineries, and petrochemical plants.
At industrial power generation facilities in countries not affiliated with the former CIS, this is the most common type of pump used in emergency feedwater supply systems for nuclear power reactors and for condensate pumping, as well as in start-up feedwater supply systems for TPP boilers.
AMG pumps are centrifugal, horizontal, multistage pumps with a horizontal casing split. Pump bearings and shaft seals are manufactured according to customer requirements and preferences.
Among the supplies of AMG pumps by “ELIT-OIL” LLC is the AMG-250H-2×410-308-CN model, a two-stage centrifugal main pump for pipeline oil transportation with a design pressure of 100 kgf/cm2. Main parameters: flow rate – 1250 m3/hour, head – 410 m. The corresponding ratio of parameters for a pump with a horizontal split casing is unique and was not provided by domestic manufacturers in a single pump. Previously, to achieve such parameters, it was necessary to use two NM 1250-260a main pumps in series.
