Representatives of ELIT-OIL LLC participated in the 49th International Economic Exhibition in Baghdad
Representatives of ELIT-OIL LLC participated in the 49th Baghdad International Fair, which was held from February 1 to 7, 2026 in Baghdad, Republic of Iraq. The event was held under the auspices of the Prime Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Iraq, Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani, and under the direct leadership of the Minister of Trade, Dr. Atheer Dawood Salman Al-Ghurairy.
The 49th Baghdad International Exhibition is the leading economic event of the Republic of Iraq, aimed at developing international trade, exchanging experiences and establishing partnerships between companies from different countries of the world. In 2026, the exhibition was held under the slogan “New Visions for the Economy of the Future”.
On February 1, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Iraq Ivan Dovganych took part in the solemn opening ceremony of the Ukrainian pavilion at the 49th Baghdad International Fair – the first in a long period of time. The event was organized under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq.
The main goal of the Ukrainian diplomatic mission’s participation in the exhibition was to promote Ukraine’s economic interests in the Iraqi market by presenting the export potential of Ukrainian companies. Particular attention was paid to such sectors as agriculture, heavy, food and processing industries.
As part of the exhibition, ELIT-OIL LLC presented pumping equipment of Ukrainian origin, demonstrating the production capabilities and technological potential of Ukraine at the international level.
Participation in the event contributed to strengthening business ties, expanding the presence of ELIT-OIL LLC in the Middle East market, and confirmed the company’s strategic interest in developing international cooperation.
